Her Body Return & Exchange Policy
At Her Body, we are committed to providing high-quality swimwear that makes you feel confident and supported. Due to sanitary reasons, all swimwear sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our end, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your item doesn’t fit as expected or you’re not fully satisfied with how it looks, we are happy to offer store credit instead.
To request a refund or store credit:
- Contact us at contact@herbody.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
- Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items—not for sizing or personal preference.
- Store credit is non-refundable and can be used toward any future purchase.
